Our Latest development
SEG Building Services are delighted to have been appointed as main contractor for the forthcoming development at Rainbow View, Parkers Way, Totnes on behalf of their client Leading Homes.
The existing building opened as a care home 50 years ago and was purchased by Devon County Council in the 1990s and operated as offices for the children’s services until December 2014. The proposal is to convert the building to affordable 30 flats covering a total of 16,000 sq. feet or 1,486 sq. metres.
SEG Construction will be the main contractor for the development. Local trades and contractors are encouraged to apply for tender packages if interested.
