Some of our recent projects...


Pembroke The Kings Arms Pub, Pembroke Street, Plymouth

This project featured an old Grade 2 listed public house with lots of character; constructed in the early 19th century. The Kings Arms ceased functioning as a public house in early 2005.


The striking elements of the building include but are not limited to the vibrant colour, arched windows, glazed tiles, coat of arms and two turrets adjoining the roof.


We have been employed by our client Kingsley to restore various items in relation to the listing of the building inclusive of ceiling roses and the wooden spiral staircase. Once we have restored its characteristics, we have been tasked with the conversion of the building into three separate flats, each will be divided into 5 HMOs.


This is a unique and exciting project for SEG Construction Ltd.

Rainbow View, Totnes

This project consisted of the conversion of an old disused Council building into 22 modern flats. 

The project was finished on program and within budget.

SEG Construction are now working with the developers of Rainbow View on two further projects in South West England.

SEG Building Services will be the main contractor for the development. Local trades and contractors are encouraged to apply for tender packages if interested.
