The company places a high value on knowledge and experience and is operated by our Managing Director John Gooch who is himself a 3rd generation Construction Director with a variety of experience within the field of construction. John has worked on a variety of projects over the last 25 years, including for organisations such as Housing Trusts in London, private property developers and directly with investors.

Alan Kelly . Chartered Construction Director, CIOB RICS

Our Chartered Construction Director Alan Kelly has over 15 years experience and is a full member of CIOB and Associate member of RICS, and has worked across all disciplines in the industry from contracting, consulting, funding and low carbon & energy efficient buildings.

Faye Allen . Quantity Surveyor

Faye is our Quantity Surveyor who has a Masters degree in Quantity Surveying and over five years’ practical experience within the construction industry, based in the South West. Her career started as an apprentice learning site management and quantity surveying responsibilities on a low carbon and energy efficient site in Plymouth. She has worked for three of the UK’s largest housebuilders whilst also gaining experience from working with a groundworks and civil engineering company. Faye has first-hand experience of mixed tenure sites in addition to varying construction methods inclusive of timber frame, traditional and hybrid.
