Alongside our services as a Main Contractor SEG also offer specialist solutions for landowners who are considering developing their assets, providing the opportunity to see a far greater return on investment than simply selling the land on to a Developer.

 

When you engage SEG to fully manage and fund the development of your site we can typically generate an uplift of between 50-80% on the value of your land. Our service provides a tailored and transparent process, coupled with the confidence of knowing that we are a Chartered Company approved by CIOB.


We are able to provide this significant uplift by taking a different approach to this joint venture:

  • We obtain a land value and GDV from a RICS approved surveyor.
  • We complete the build out.
  • The balance of the land value and development cost is then paid on sale of units.
  • You receive the developers profit, approximately 50-80% uplift on the land value.
